Wow, what a journey we have been on, whether you have been at Hales a week, a month or years you have all been part of this incredible journey. We have been through some challenges that we did not foresee and some that we did foresee, but we have all risen to the challenges and overcome every obstacle in our way.
As we move to celebrate this amazing milestone, I just wanted to take this opportunity to say how proud I am of each and every one of you and all that you have done and continue to do to represent the Hales name. Thank you for your dedication to duty, your unwavering loyalty and the compassion and professionalism you show our service users.
It’s incredible to think that 24 years ago, I was sitting in one office, celebrating the milestone of getting 100 staff. Now, 24 years later, that 100 has grown to thousands of staff, and the exceptional work ethic and attention to detail you all bring, have not only met but exceeded our expectations.
As we celebrate 25 years, I want to say a heartfelt Thank you to everyone that has been part of that journey - for your continued efforts which really are making a difference to the lives of so many. Amidst challenges and triumphs, the consistency of delivering high-quality services is to be commended and celebrated. Thank you for your commitment to Hales Group; a reliable employee and ambassador is the best gift a company can ask for.
